Pictured are Johnny Weaver, the speaker, Chicora President Blakely Roof, and Tom Leath, sponsor. Johnny Weaver spoke about the wooden boat show that was going on in Litchfield and in Georgetown.   This has been a tradition for the last 28 years, and is growing each year.  He is also a spokesperson for the South Carolina Maritime Museum in Georgetown.  It is a culturally rich tradition which affords the public the opportunity  to see wooden boats being built.  He stated that the admission to the museum was free.   The Chicora Rotary of Myrtle Beach very much enjoyed the presentation  made by a fellow Rotarian from Bennettsville
