On September 23, 2014, President Digit proudly presented the Shining Light Award to Past President John Tecklenburg. As immediate Past President, John has been supportive and helpful to President Digit as he transitioned into his role as President. We also all enjoy the fun he brings to our weekly meeting with his music! Keep the songs coming! Congratulations, John, and thank you for your continuous support of our club!

On October 21, 2014, President Digit proudly recognized Richard Sidebottom with the Shining Light Award. As a relatively new member, Richard has been quite active within our club and much deserving of this award. We appreciate him stepping up and volunteering to coordinate our Red Cross Blood Drives this year. The first one held last month was quite a success with 17 pints being donated. A second drive is planned for March and he would like to see us beat our own turnout record. Richard is also a part of our Vocational Committee and has been helping to bring Vocational Awareness to our club by assisting with the weekly Vocational Spotlights. Congratulations, Richard, on being this week’s Shining Light. Your enthusiasm and dedication to the club and volunteering is much appreciated!
