The Rotary Club of Carolina Forest Sunrise has begun a relationship with the Myrtle Beach Speedway where volunteer work the concession stands for fundraising. A percentage of the gross revenue along with any tips/donations are used to support club projects such as School Supplies, Clothes Closets, Happy Feet, Fostering Hope, Street Reach, and many more.

Carolina Forest-Sunrise President Andy Kiracofe presents Carolyn Pittman of the Long Bay Symphony a check for $2,000 to support the Symphony’s Youth Orchestra. ¬†Carolina Forest-Sunrise has partnered with the Long Bay Symphony the past three years to sponsor the Youth Orchestra’s Fall Concert.

Members of the Carolina Forest Sunrise Rotary Club completed a playground equipment installation project in April thanks in part to a District Simplified Grant. This project was spearheaded by Dr. Ellison Smith, past president of the club.
