PRIVP Anne L Matthews, a member of the Rotary Club of Columbia East, speaking in Manila, Philippines, last week at their Rotary Institute. Over 1200 attended and 400 were turned away because they could not be accommodated at the hotel. Great Institute, beautiful hotel and dedicated Rotarians.
