A native of Conway, South Carolina, Dr. George Price Todd graduated Coastal Carolina University and then went on to obtain his BS Degree in Pharmacy at the Medical University of South Carolina in 1997 and a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Florida in 2005. He has served in Community Pharmacy, Long Term Care and Health System Pharmacy for more than 20 years. He has worked as the Director of Pharmacy Services for McLeod Loris Seacoast since 2013.
As the director he oversees hospital pharmacy operations, outpatient pharmacy operations and is a consultant pharmacist for Carolina Forest. Alongside this position he also serves on several committees including the McLeod Health Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
Dr Todd originally wanted to pursue the ministry however, while working at a pharmacy he enjoyed being able to help people and make them feel better and it is this that continues to drive him to this day.
