Judge Carmen Mullen spoke at the Rotary Club of VanLandingham. Judge Mullen sits on the 14th Judicial Circuit Court adjudicating both civil and criminal cases. She had a candid chat with the members in attendance and allowed for an uncensored Q&A session. In conclusion, she admits that she is rather conservative and is constantly trying to arrive at fair and equitable punishments for criminals. We at VanLandingham Rotary feel very fortunate to have her in our court system
