Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott joined the Chapin Rotary Club for breakfast and discussed the success his organization has had with effective, pro active, community oriented policing strategies. His department is one of the largest law enforcement agencies in the State. He encouraged homeowners and businesses to request a courtesy security evaluation of their property. Sheriff Lott is a member of the Spring Valley Rotary Club.
