CAROLINA FOREST, SC (8/8/19) — Carolina Forest Rotary Club collected donations in preparation for A Day of Hope, with the mission to provide Horry County underprivileged and homeless students services and supplies needed to prepare for a successful school year.
The Rotary club of Carolina Forest will be volunteering at the event on Saturday, August 10th at the Claire Chapin Epps Family YMCA. The organizations will be providing backpacks, school supplies, house/cleaning supplies, new shoes, haircuts, eye exams, and more for local students in need.
Rotary is a service club that encourages local business, provides service to the community, and builds relationships within the Carolina Forest area. The club meets Wednesday mornings at 7-8am, at the Legends Golf Resort, 1500 Legends Drive, in Myrtle Beach.
