CAROLINA FOREST, SC (8/19/2019) —The Rotary Club of Carolina Forest will host Thomas Bell, Public Information Officer of Horry County Emergency Management on Wednesday, August 21, 2019.
The Rotary Club of Carolina Forest works to provide relevant and important information and news to the residence of Horry County and the surrounding areas. Thomas Bell and Horry County Emergency Management work to communicate to the general public how they are readying for the hazards Horry County can face and the various ways communities in Horry County can prepare for disasters. Bell has several years’ experience as a communications professional in the tech industry with a focus on cybersecurity for large corporate brands such as UPS, Samsung and VF Corporation. Bell will be leading the program on the weather, preparedness, and Horry County Emergency Management.
