At last week’s meeting, The Rotary Club of Hilton Head Island recognized Christopher Outlaw of Wexford Plantation as Security Officer of the Year and Deputy Sheriff Erin Morris as Law Enforcement Officer of the Year. The Firefighter of the Year will be recognized at a meeting later his spring.
