Rotary Club Youth Exchange Student Kate Samuel Joins the Peace Corp

Kate Samuel is a ROTEX, a former Rotary Youth Exchange student, has taken a job with the Peace Corps after graduation from college.  She credits Rotary Youth Exchange with changing her life.
