The antler arches that decorate the four corners of Jackson Hole’s town square have come to symbolize the town. Begun in 1954, the Rotary Club of Jackson Hole has funded initially building , subsequent rebuilding, and annual maintenance of the iconic arches. The arches contain thousands of pounds of antlers which are bought from the local Boy Scouts, who collect antlers from the Elk Refuge each year.
