St. Andrews Rotary Club
Last Thursday at the St. Andrews Rotary meeting we gave the Paul Harris Fellow to a very special person, Kappi Ellis.
She is not a Rotarian but has a Rotarian heart. She has worked tirelessly over the past 5 years with Vicki Tatum to make The Rotary Youth Exchange Program D7770 a success.
