We are now into the second half of the 2013-14 Rotary year and it is time to really begin focusing on meeting the goals set for your club. One of the key goals is for your club to earn the EREY Banner for 2013-14. Not only is this banner a recognition of good leadership and strong Foundation support in your club, it also is a requirement if your club plans to apply for a 2014-15 District Grant.
To earn the EREY Banner, every member in your club must have an Annual Fund contribution recorded for 2013-14 and the club must average $100 per member. While the requirements must be satisfied as of June 30, 2014 to earn the banner, it is useful to track your progress along the way. Also EREY status will be checked on May 15, 2014 to determine the club’s eligibility for a 2014-15 District Grant.
Another key goal for your club should be earning the 100% Sustaining Member Club Banner for 2013-14. To earn the 100% Sustaining Member Club Banner, every member in your club must have an Annual Fund contribution of at least $100 recorded for 2013-14. The requirements for this banner are based upon your club membership as of June 30, 2014.
The spreadsheet that follows shows your club’s EREY and Sustaining Members status as of the January 28, 2014 EREY Reports.
If you have questions about the EREY Banner and/or the 100% Sustaining Member Banner requirements, please contact Sandee Brooks or PDG Bernie Riedel, the district’s Fundraising Chair. Working together, we can end the 2013-14 Rotary year with every club earning the EREY and 100% Sustaining Member Club banners for the first time ever.
