Dr Charlie Calvert, the chair of the USCB School of Hospitality spoke proudly about the genesis and growth of USCB’s hospitality management program and the exciting prospect of a new USCB campus in the Office Park area of Hilton Head Island. Dr Calvert anticipates that eventually some 400 students will attend the campus every year and will provide a much needed supply of well trained hospitality graduates to support the islands substantial tourist industry.
