The Rotary Club of Sumter-Palmetto recently installed three Little Libraries in community centers in Sumter. The Birnie HOPE Center, North Hope Center and South HOPE Center in Sumter each received the libraries and books. A local committee will check by periodically to make sure each library contains books.
